Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (Bob's Red Mill)
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop or one packet vanilla egg white protein powder (100-120 cal)
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp cinnamon

1 cup almond milk
½ cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
1 egg
¾ cup canned pumpkin

Directions
Mix dry ingredients and moist ingredients separately. Combine and fry on stovetop. Makes 10-12 pancakes.
