I saw an article that said people who write New Year's Resolutions are 10 times more likely to reach their goals! I would have written resolutions anyway, but I thought that was an encouraging fact.
Here goes!
- Get my British driver's license
- Take a trip to Spain
- Hike in the Alps (France or Switzerland)
- Hike in the Scottish Highlands
- Read three professional development books (eg. Radical Candor)
- Read three personal development books (eg. Manifest)
- Do a fitness activity every day (365 streak on Strava)
- Take a dance class
- Lose five pounds (maintain at 135 lbs)
- Run a marathon
